Native Roots Trading Co. is a brand that celebrates the authenticity and integrity of traditional Native American crafts. We aim to promote cultural education and understanding, while providing fair trade opportunities for Native American artisans and communities. Native Roots utilizes a combination of earth tones and traditional Native American colors to effectively create a sense of authenticity. Traditional native american weaving and beaded jewelry also inspired the patterning that I used as signature element throughout the design of the website and merch. I designed Native roots as a funcionting prototype with the use of Figma and later integrated After Effects to create a walkthrough video demonstarting how to navigate and explore the site.
